GENEVA OH- Perry came out swinging and never let up, rolling past Geneva 12-3 behind a monster day from Sophie Sivon.
Sivon was locked in at the dish—4-for-5 with a bomb to center, a double, and two more knocks for good measure. She set the tone early too, launching a solo shot in the third to get Perry on the board. Morgan Winters followed with a sac fly, and just like that, it was on.
And Sivon didn’t just rake—she dealt. The righty went the distance in the circle, giving up three runs on nine hits while keeping things under control all game.
Perry’s offense? Absolute wagon. 16 hits as a team, with Sivon, Arianna Rogers, and Emma Brainard all stacking four apiece. Brainard was doing damage all night, driving in four runs. Claire Loveland chipped in with a pair of hits as well.
Clean ball all around too—no errors, turned a double play, and handled business defensively. Ella Bayless-Fahey was busy, making four plays in the field.
Geneva had some fight with Caidyn Siegel and Kaylin Cerjan each picking up two hits, and a few RBI sprinkled in—but they couldn’t slow down Perry’s bats.
Pirates are right back at it Thursday, hosting Pymatuning Valley. Bats like that? Good luck.
