He is a nine-year-old white male who lives in New Bern. He is approximately four feet tall, and weighs 50 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a Carolina-blue Spiderman t-shirt, blue jeans shorts and white and black Nikes. He was carrying a blue Jurassic World dinosaur bookbag.
He is believed to be with 45-year-old Amber Vest.
She is a five feet, four inches tall. She has brown hair and hazel eyes.
She was last seen wearing a purple shirt, blue jeans, Hoka shoes and a dark blue hat.
She is described as a medium build female and was last seen with braided hair.
