Geneva Fire Department responds to vacant Eagle Street house fire

GENEVA, N.Y. (WROC) — The Geneva Fire Department responded to a house fire on Eagle Street Sunday evening.

According to fire officials at the scene, crews were able to put out the fire within 45 minutes of arrival. The home was unoccupied at the time of the response and has reportedly been vacant for over a year.

No injuries were reported during the incident.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
