People are being advised to return or dispose of two batches of Nestlé Milo Dipped Snack Bars, sold in supermarkets and retail stores nationwide, as they may contain rubber.

New Zealand Food and Safety is supporting Nestlé in its recall of specific batches believed to be affected, with concerns it
could cause choking.

Deputy director-general Jenny Bishop said if people have bars with batch numbers 5316, 5317 and 5318 TD15 and a best-before date of August 2026, don’t eat them.

“You can return it to the place of purchase for a refund. If that’s not possible, throw it out.”

The products have been removed from store shelves and have not been re-exported.
