Paraguay’s hydropower edge underpins Hy24’s fertilizer play

Hy24 head of Americas Alejandro Perellón says investors are quick to point out Paraguay’s landlocked status when considering opportunities in the nation of six million people.

In doing so, he argues, they overlook the strategic advantages embedded in the country’s geography.
