NEW BERN, N.C. (WITN) – A prominent Eastern Carolina personal injury law firm has announced the death of its founder.
Kellum Law Firm announced that founder Norman Kellum Jr. passed away at 88 yesterday.
According to the firm, Kellum spent more than six decades as a respected trial attorney and became well known across Eastern Carolina, helping grow Kellum Law into one of the state’s most recognized personal injury firms.
The firm said Kellum was known not only for his legal career, but also for being a veteran, a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of New Bern, and for the kindness and personal attention he showed clients and the community.
Kellum Law is asking the community to keep the Kellum family in their thoughts during this difficult time.
