GENEVA — The Geneva Business Improvement District welcomed Namaste Nutrition to downtown with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, April 24, celebrating its new location at 510 Exchange St.

Owned and operated by Jennifer Diaz, Namaste Nutrition offers a variety of wellness-focused products and prepared menu items designed to support healthy lifestyles in an approachable, community-centered environment, BID said. The shop’s offerings include “mega teas” with collagen, vitamins, and minerals; pre- and post-workout drinks; protein donuts and waffles; gluten-free snacks; energy drinks; and Herbalife products used throughout many of the store’s recipes and beverages.

In addition to its nutrition offerings, Namaste Nutrition also serves as a space for fitness and movement-based wellness activities. Diaz plans to host exercise classes at the location, including Latin dance fitness and rebounder workouts, further expanding the business’ focus on accessible, community-centered health and wellness, BID added.

For Diaz, opening Namaste Nutrition in downtown Geneva represents both a personal and professional milestone shaped by resilience and a passion for helping others. Prior to opening in Geneva, Diaz operated her business in One Franklin Square for five years.
