Raleigh police: Person hit, killed along New Bern Avenue :: WRAL.com

A person is dead Friday night after police said they were hit by a car in Raleigh.

According to the Raleigh Police Department, the accident happened on New Bern Avenue near the Wake Inn on Shanta Drive.

Police said they have closed part of New Bern Avenue while they investigate.
