Shredding Day fundraiser in New Bern on Saturday
NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) — The New Bern Breakfast Rotary Club is hosting a Shredding Day fundraiser on June 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to support nursing and other scholarships.
It will also support Habitat for Humanity, the Bike Box Project, and local nonprofits, including the CarolinaEast Foundation.
For a $10 donation per container, participants can bring their sensitive documents to be shredded on-site.
The event will take place at 2015 Neuse Blvd., New Bern.
