Novartis will present new data from 31 abstracts across its immunology portfolio at the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) Congress 2026, taking place from June 3–6 in London. The presentations will provide fresh insights into the treatment of several autoimmune diseases with significant unmet medical needs, including polymyalgia rheumatica, Sjögren’s disease, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), psoriatic arthritis, and systemic sclerosis.
The company will showcase clinical findings across multiple therapeutic platforms, including biologics, small molecules, and CAR-T cell therapies. According to Novartis, the data reinforce its ongoing focus on advancing innovative treatment options aimed at improving outcomes for patients living with chronic autoimmune conditions.

Among the key presentations are Phase III REPLENISH trial results evaluating Cosentyx (secukinumab) in polymyalgia rheumatica, along with additional subgroup analyses from the study. The company will also present pooled analyses examining the impact of secukinumab on radiographic progression in psoriatic arthritis from the FUTURE 1 and FUTURE 5 trials.
Novartis will further highlight emerging data for rap-cel (rapcabtagene autoleucel), its investigational CD19-directed CAR-T cell therapy. Presentations will include safety and preliminary efficacy findings in systemic sclerosis and severe refractory idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, as well as long-term biomarker and pharmacodynamic data in patients with severe refractory SLE.
In addition, new results for ianalumab will be featured, including Phase III NEPTUNUS-1 and NEPTUNUS-2 studies in Sjögren’s disease and Phase II findings evaluating the therapy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus following B-cell recovery.
The data presented at EULAR 2026 underscore Novartis’ continued investment in expanding therapeutic options across autoimmune diseases and advancing next-generation immunology treatments for patients with complex and chronic conditions.
