Craven County Sex Offender Compliance Check Results in Seven Arrested

The Craven County Sheriff’s Office recently arrested seven individuals related to sex offender compliance violations.

Octavis Javeyon Grimes, 25, of Griffin Ave. New Bern, N.C. is charged with three felony counts failure to register as a sex offender.

William Robert Hardee, 42, of Stoney Hill Trail New Bern, N.C. is charged with felony failure to report new address – sex offender.

Marcus Marteze Ford, 41, of N Bern Street New Bern, N.C. is charged with felony failure to report new address – sex offender.

Michael Jay Lloyd, 56, of River Road Vanceboro, N.C. is charged with felony failure to register as a sex offender.

Offie Curtis Brown Jr., 46, of Rocky Run Road New Bern, N.C. is charged with felony failure to report new address – sex offender.

Jamal Jakes Barnes, 24, of N Queen Street Kinston, N.C. is charged with felony failure to report new address – sex offender.

Vincent Christopher Todd, 59, of Pembroke Avenue New Bern, N.C. is charged with felony failure to report new address – sex offender.
