36-year-old Steve Donnell Cox of Liberty St in New Bern has been charged with multiple drug related offences following an investigation by the Craven County Sheriff’s Office.
According to court documents Cox is alleged to have used his residence at 317 Liberty Street in New Bern as a location to sell “Crack” Cocaine and at the time of his arrest was in possession of 14.5 grams of Crack Cocaine.
Cox was also in possession of Marijuana, and Drug Paraphernalia.
Cox was charged with:
1. Felony PWIMSD Schedule II Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine)
2. Felony Maintain Vehicle Dwelling Place for Keeping and Selling Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine)
3. Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana
4. Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia
5. Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Cox was placed in the Craven County Jail on a $75,000 Secured Bond
