GENEVA, Ala. (WDNews) — The Greater Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting residents and visitors to celebrate America’s 250th Independence Day with a community-wide event on Saturday, July 4, at Robert Fowler Park, known as “The Junction.”
The celebration begins at 4 p.m. and will feature family-friendly activities, food, games, live music, entertainment and a fireworks show after sunset. Admission is free.

A special ceremony will be presented by the Daughters of the American Revolution. The event will also include a presentation by a signer of the Declaration of Independence reenactor, offering attendees a unique look at the nation’s founding history.
The event is expected to provide activities for all ages, making it a destination for families looking to celebrate the Fourth of July holiday close to home.
