Nestlé Business Services to Establish Global Capability Centre in Hyderabad
Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS), the shared services arm of the Nestlé Group, recently announced that it will establish a new Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad to strengthen its global business services network.
The new centre will be set up under Nestlé Business Services India Pvt Ltd in partnership with Genpact. Under the collaboration, Genpact will provide its expertise in process intelligence, data, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to help Nestlé simplify, standardise and scale its business services.
The company said the Hyderabad GCC marks an important step in expanding its global business services capabilities and building future-ready operations to support a broader range of services across geographies.
According to Nestlé, the investment also reinforces its long-term commitment to India as a strategic hub for global business services while enhancing its ability to deliver more efficient and technology-driven support across its worldwide operations.
