Representative AI imageNEW DELHI: Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS), the shared services arm of Nestlé Group, will set up a global capability centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, the company said in a statement.
The centre will be established under Nestlé Business Services India in partnership with Genpact.
The Hyderabad GCC will support Nestlé’s global business services network and provide services across geographies. It will bring together domain expertise, process intelligence, data, artificial intelligence, automation and digital operations capabilities.
Luca Fichera, head of the company said Hyderabad was selected for its technology ecosystem, infrastructure and position as one of India’s leading GCC destinations.
