NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) — Fire crews with New Bern Fire and Rescue assisted with a structure fire on February 11, near 10pm.
Firefighters arrived to Plymouth Drive to find smoke showing from a single-story home, originating from a bedroom. One person was reported to be in the home but got out safely. The fire was under control within 10 minutes and extinguished within 30.
The cause of fire is under investigation.
