An Ontario County grand jury has indicted a Geneva man accused of fatally stabbing and beating a man with a hammer in a Geneva hotel last month.

Julius Ware is charged with second-degree murder in the death of Emmanuel Richelieu, along with possession of stolen property.

Investigators allege Ware had the victim’s EBT card after the killing in the town of Geneva.

He’s being held without bail at the Ontario County Jail and will be arraigned at a later date.
