MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Memphis-based Lausanne Collegiate School is about to go global.
The private school in East Memphis announced Tuesday that it is opening up a campus in South Korea. Its first branch campus will open this fall in the city of Incheon, which is home to 3 million people.
In a news release, Lausanne said the new campus will open its door to new opportunities for student foreign exchange and summer study abroad programs.
The Lausanne branch campus will be located at the Incheon Global Campus, which is a hub of sorts for international universities and institutions that aims for “global engagement and cross-cultural learning.”
“The school is poised to offer the same dynamic programming in STEM innovation, visual and performing arts, athletics, and global leadership that are hallmarks of the Memphis experience,” Lausanne said in a news release.
