The New Bern Police Department issued an Amber Alert on Saturday at 8:28 a.m. for 15-year-old Isaiah Kavon Owens.
Owens is a 15-year-old Black male. He has black hair and brown eyes and is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a white hoodie, black pants and red and blue sneakers.
Owens has autism and a speech delay. He is believed to be with Kenneth Lee Brantley.
Brantley is a 43-year-old Black male. He has black hair, brown eyes and is 5 feet 2 inches, weighing 162 pounds.
Brantley was last seen at 1901 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Palace Motel, Room 242. He was wearing a white t-shirt with a colorful design and gray pants.
They are believed to be traveling in a Black 2012 GMC Yukon, with South Carolina licnese plates. The tag number is XFH-752.
