A mountain rescue team climbed to the accident area on foot, but unstable snow conditions significantly hampered access and delayed rescue efforts, according to police.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The man was eventually located in a steep snowfield below the mountain&#8217;s north face.
