(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtvy.com\/2026\/07\/10\/enterprise-high-coach-faces-new-dui-charge-after-prosecutors-dropped-earlier-dui\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wtvy.com\/2026\/07\/10\/enterprise-high-coach-faces-new-dui-charge-after-prosecutors-dropped-earlier-dui\/\">WTVY<\/a>) &#8211; Enterprise High School baseball coach Marty Lovrich was arrested this week on a DUI charge, months after prosecutors dropped another DUI charge he faced.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lovrich was booked into the Geneva County Jail early Thursday morning after an Alabama state trooper charged him with driving under the influence, according to court records. A citation shows the trooper stopped Lovrich at 2:48 a.m. on Tom Fain Road.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"figure-img img-fluid mx-auto d-block\" alt=\"Marty Lovrich\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/3O2F75IXSJD67GLULK5LDJT6RE.png\" width=\"980\" height=\"551\" \/>Marty Lovrich(Geneva County Jail)<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lovrich <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtvy.com\/2025\/01\/31\/enterprise-coach-charged-with-dui\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wtvy.com\/2025\/01\/31\/enterprise-coach-charged-with-dui\/\">was also charged with DUI on Jan. 30, 2025<\/a>. About a month later, he pleaded guilty to other traffic violations and Coffee County prosecutors <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtvy.com\/2025\/02\/26\/dui-charge-enterprise-coach-faced-dropped-he-pleaded-guilty-other-charges\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wtvy.com\/2025\/02\/26\/dui-charge-enterprise-coach-faced-dropped-he-pleaded-guilty-other-charges\/\">dropped the DUI charge<\/a>, though Lovrich paid court costs on all charges, including the DUI.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Lovrich was named Dothan Eagle\u2019s High School Coach of the Year in 2025.
