The building has a surface area of 12,000 square metres, divided into nine floors above ground and another four underground parking floors with 114 spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The team was made up of Diego Armero (partner, M&amp;A \u2013 Real Estate), Iv\u00e1n Abad (partner, M&amp;A \u2013 Real Estate); Luis Alberto Carri\u00f3n (managing associate, Tax); Ana Vargas (associate, Finance); Mar\u00eda Llos\u00e1 (associate, M&amp;A \u2013 Real Estate); and Candela Medrano (trainee lawyer, M&amp;A \u2013 Real Estate).
