Terms of the transaction were not disclosed, but press reports point to a company valuation of US$1.5bn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Founded in 2002 as a division of ACS, InfoRLife is the only pure-play B2B dossier developer and CDMO specialising in the ready-to-use IV infusion bag market.
