<\/a>Dave Lupica<\/p>\nDave Lupica, vice president, Chubb Group and division president, Westchester, has been named executive chairman.<\/p>\n
Dave Roberts, currently chief operating officer, Westchester, has been appointed vice president, Chubb Group and division president, Westchester, succeeding Lupica. The appointments are effective immediately.<\/p>\n
Lupica will provide governance oversight and advise on strategy for Chubb\u2019s wholesale E&S business in North America. During his 26 years with Chubb, Lupica has played a pivotal role in the company\u2019s growth and evolution. From building Chubb\u2019s Financial Lines practice and launching the company\u2019s first Small Business division within Commercial Risk Services, to leading Westchester\u2019s digital transformation and growing Healthy Paws into one of the industry\u2019s leading pet insurers, his impact has been significant. Lupica has more than 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, joining Chubb from ACE and previously working for Starr, Aon, and AIG.<\/p>\n Roberts will have executive operating responsibility for Chubb\u2019s wholesale E&S lines business in North America and will oversee the delivery of Westchester\u2019s tailored specialty products for wholesale brokers. He will report to Scott Meyer, senior vice president, Chubb Group and chief operating officer, North America Insurance. He has has served as COO of Westchester since 2025.<\/p>\n Fields to Lead New Marsh US Semiconductor and AI Compute Practice<\/p>\n Marsh named Jessica Fields to the firm in New York to lead Marsh Risk\u2019s U.S. Semiconductor and AI Compute Practice.<\/p>\n In this newly created role, Fields will bring together Marsh\u2019s advisory, emerging risk, reinsurance, and capital specialists to help these organizations identify, quantify, and manage their exposures and optimize for growth.<\/p>\n Fields joins Marsh from Aon, where she spent more than 11 years in a series of leadership roles in New York and San Francisco. Most recently, as executive vice president, she led risk account executives in New York and supported executive-level client engagements.
