Switzerland is \u201calready doing a great deal\u201d, he said. But \u201cit is clear that we will need to go further after 2030\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>With this in mind, the right-wing Swiss People\u2019s Party politician is preparing a new CO\u2082 Act for the period 2030\u20132040. \u201cIt will be put out for consultation shortly,\u201d he told the paper.
