The Company will continue to commercialize the brands covered thereunder until September 30, 2026. <\/p>\n<p>In February 2022, Dr Reddy\u2019s inked an exclusive sales and <a id=\"32285081\" type=\"Denny\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"distribution-agreement\" source=\"keywords\" class=\"news-keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/pharma.economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tag\/distribution+agreement\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">distribution agreement<\/a> with the Swiss pharma giant. The agreement covered Novartis&#8217;s off-patent birth control pill, Methergine (methylergonovine), anti-inflammatory drug, Voveran (diclofenac) and several other brands from its Calcium range. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Novartis India parent, Novartis AG, divested its controlling stake to homegrown private equity firm <a id=\"28102193\" type=\"Denny\" weightage=\"20\" keywordseo=\"ChrysCapital\" source=\"keywords\" meta.keywordsubtype=\"org\" meta.entityname=\"ChrysCapital\" meta.hostid=\"416\" class=\"news-keywords\" href=\"https:\/\/pharma.economictimes.indiatimes.com\/tag\/chryscapital\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">ChrysCapital<\/a> in a deal valued at nearly Rs 1,500 crore.
