According to the source, Moscow believes Zelenskyy is not engaging in serious negotiations but is instead attempting to boost his domestic popularity ahead of possible elections.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Earlier, Zelenskyy stated that direct talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin are a key condition for progress on territorial issues.
