The container terminal was not hit in the Aug. 14 attack.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Over the last two months, Russia has stepped up its attacks on Odesa&#8217;s seaports and civilian vessels in a bid t<a data-ylk=\"slk:o choke;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas;\" data-yga=\"{&quot;yLinkElement&quot;:&quot;link&quot;,&quot;yLinkElementType&quot;:&quot;article_link&quot;}\" href=\"https:\/\/kyivindependent.com\/ukraine-faces-race-against-time-as-russia-chokes-black-sea-ports\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">o choke<\/a> Ukraine&#8217;s key trade route.
