The line is big and experienced, anchored by Braden Stark and Jacob Clemens. Owen Davis is a seasoned running back in the grind-it-out running game Geneva employs. The strength is on the lines. But the same four that start on the defensive front also start on offense. Depth can be a concern. The Eagles will run the ball relentlessly and be tough on defense as usual.

Player to watch
Jacob Clemens

Jacob Clemens is an unbelievably strong starter on both sides of the ball. At 6-foot, 290, he’s strong and physical enough to stop the run on defense and pave the way on offense.

Cooper Dubsky

Underclassman to watch: Someone will need to step up in the running game. He’s got a golden opportunity

Bottom line

IF: The Eagles stay healthy on the offensive and defensive lines, THEN: The Eagles’ physical play will mean contending for another league title and playoff berth.

Just the facts School: Geneva Conference: CVC Chagrin OHSAA: Division III, Region 9 Coach: Don Shymske, fifth year…

[7
65,10793,6610,55146,5999,2892,307
post-116510","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-geneva","tag-geneva","tag-geneva-eagles","tag-high-school-sports","tag-hs-football","tag-latest-headlines","tag-ohio","tag-sports
["GET
