GENEVA \u2014 A city man was charged over the weekend on a felony weapons charge, Geneva police said Monday.<\/p>\n
Police said Nasir K. Carr, 23, was charged Saturday morning with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, along with a number of vehicle and traffic law violations.<\/p>\n
Police said they stopped Carr on North Exchange Street, where they found a loaded handgun with a high-capacity magazine, a large quantity of money, several credit cards that belonged to other people, and an undisclosed controlled substance.<\/p>\n
Carr was taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment and was released without bail. He will appear in City Court to answer the charges.<\/p>\n
