DUBLIN, July 21 (Reuters Breakingviews) – Unilever is \u200csplitting itself apart and Kraft Heinz considered it. Analysts have asked the obvious \u200bquestion of the $274 bln KitKat-to-kibble \u200bconglomerate. Yet Nestl\u00e9\u2019s high multiple, and \u2060thin dividend cover, are good reasons \u200bfor CEO Philipp Navratil to keep \u200bthe Swiss group intact.<\/p>\n
