The festival has selected a series of films heading to Zurich from other festivals, including four titles from Venice’s main competition: Danny Boyle’s\u00a0Ink, Florian Zeller’s\u00a0Bunker starring Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem, Ali Asgari’s Iranian feature A Bit Of Light, and Mario Bechis’ historical drama Back To Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n
Further Gala Premieres include Jordan Firstman’s buzzy Cannes Un Certain Regard title Club Kid about a party promoter who is forced to care for a 10-year-old son he never knew he had; and Lauren Miller Rogen’s Toronto selection Babies, a family comedy about a couple whose lives are turned upside down when a friend and her toddler move in with them.<\/p>\n
“With these 12 additional Gala Premieres, we are bringing outstanding voices and stories from different parts of the world to Zurich,” said Reta Guetg, Zurich Film Festival director.<\/p>\n
The full ZFF programme will be published on Wednesday, September 9. The festival will run from September 24-October 4.<\/p>\n
