Georgia Hunter Bell<\/a> returns in a hotly anticipated clash against Audrey Werro as athletics’ biggest names head to Zurich for the final regular meet of the season before September’s Diamond League Finals<\/p>\n

Hunter Bell, the European 1500m champion, will take on 800m gold medallist Werro over the shorter distance, with the Netherlands’ rapidly-improving Femke Broeders-Bol also contesting an all-star clash – although Olympic champion Keely Hodgkinson<\/a> has pulled out.<\/a><\/p>\n

Melissa Jefferson Wooden and Julien Alfred<\/a> are in action in a star-studded women’s 100m, while Britain’s Amy Hunt<\/a> will hope to improve on her silver medal in Lausanne last week.<\/a><\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Karsten Warholm<\/a> renews his rivalry with Brazil’s Alison dos Santos in the 400m hurdles, and Jakob Ingebrigsten and Olympic champion Cole Hocker<\/a> headline a glittering men’s 1500m field.<\/p>\n

When is the Zurich Diamond League?<\/p>\n

The Zurich Diamond League takes place on Thursday 27 August at the Weltklasse Zurich, with the women’s pole vault competition taking place on Wednesday 26 August.<\/p>\n

The BBC has the United Kingdom television rights to every Diamond League meeting, with live coverage of the Zurich Diamond League on BBC Two from 4:10pm BST on Sunday, as well as BBC iPlayer for the earlier events.<\/p>\n
