Nestl\u00e9 has agreed to sell its mainstream vitamins, minerals and supplements business to private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners for US$1 billion as it continues to streamline its portfolio and concentrate investment on higher-priority businesses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE DETAILS The transaction includes Nature\u2019s Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, Gard, Nuun, Puritan\u2019s Pride and Sisu, alongside Nestl\u00e9\u2019s US private-label supplements business. Together, the businesses generated US$1.2 billion in sales in 2025. Nestl\u00e9 will retain premium supplement brand Solgar. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2027, with Yellow Wood planning to operate the acquired portfolio as a standalone business.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">THE WHY?
