Roche, Basel, Switzerland, and Sysmex, Kobe, Japan, have signed a\u00a0Global Business Partnership Agreement\u00a0(GBP) under which they have renewed their commitment to the long-standing agreement that allows Roche to continue to distribute Sysmex hematology products, including instruments and reagents.<\/p>\n
The GBP introduces an\u00a0IT Solutions Collaboration Agreement, in which the two companies have agreed to utilize their respective information technology (IT) platforms to improve customer experience, in the short to mid-term, with a longer term ambition to use the IT systems to lead to improved clinical decision making. The GBP agreement will run until the end of 2030.<\/p>\n
