Ahead of its first-half FY27 update that&#8217;s due in November, it said it\u2019s seen \u201cencouraging trading momentum\u201d continuing and is sticking to its full-year guidance.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"news-image\" style=\"width:100%;max-width:774px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/1788489533_125_fc3c.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"1800\" fetchpriority=\"high\"\/> Watches of Switzerland<\/p>\n<p>The luxury watches and jewellery retailer said performance during the 17 weeks to 30 August \u201cremained consistent with the positive trends reported at our FY26 results, leaving us well positioned to deliver on our FY27 guidance\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Trading in the US \u201cremained strong\u201d and the UK \u201ccontinued to show further signs of market improvement\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">Demand was broad-based across its key luxury brands, with its \u201cstrategic growth pillars\u201d (luxury jewellery, certified pre-owned and e-commerce) contributing \u201cgood, diversified growth across the group\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The company has made a number of acquisitions in recent periods and said the integration of Deutsch &amp; Deutsch is \u201cprogressing well, with a positive impact on performance\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Its showroom development programme is also \u201cadvancing as planned\u201d. In the US, it opened a new Watches of Switzerland multi-brand showroom in Avalon, Georgia in July, and work is under way to convert the existing Mayors Avalon showroom into a dedicated luxury jewellery location.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the UK, Goldsmiths Chelmsford and Goldsmiths Watford reopened following refurbishment and expansion.
