In the past five months, the operations covered key areas including Tacloban City, Iligan City, Pagadian City, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tondo, Caloocan City, Bacolod, Mandaue, and Cebu City, resulting in the confiscation of fake seasoning products valued at more than \u20b117.63 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The manufacture, distribution, and sale of counterfeit goods violate Philippine laws, including intellectual property and food safety regulations. Authorities have pursued charges against individuals allegedly involved in the distribution of fake products.<\/p>\n

Nestl\u00e9 Philippines urges consumers to report suspected counterfeit activities to the Nestl\u00e9 Consumer Services Hotline at (+632) 8888-0061 or consumer.services@ph.nestle.com, or to local authorities. Warning signs may include unusually low prices, blurred or pale packaging, removable batch codes or expiry dates, grayish powder-like contents instead of the light-yellow granules, and aroma or flavor that are significantly different from genuine MAGGI Magic Sarap.<\/p>\n
