(WTVD) &#8212; Two men wanted after a <a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/abc11.com\/post\/raleigh-police-search-person-fired-shot-ran-officers-traffic-stop-new-bern-avenue\/18362954\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">driver fled an attempted traffic stop<\/a> on Tuesday are now in custody, Raleigh Police said Thursday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Norvell Young, 19, and Jose Collado, 21, were apprehended with the help of the Forsyth County Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The two were wanted since officers attempted to stop a car Tuesday afternoon near New Bern Avenue and Corporation Parkway.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">As officers approached the car, an armed passenger jumped out, dropped a weapon and ran. The gun went off, firing a single shot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \"><a class=\"zZygg UbGlr iFzkS qdXbA WCDhQ DbOXS tqUtK GpWVU iJYzE \" data-testid=\"prism-linkbase\" href=\"https:\/\/abc11.com\/apps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Stay on top of breaking news stories with the ABC11 News App<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The driver of the car, who police said was Young, then backed up and sped away.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">The armed passenger was later identified as Collado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"EkqkG IGXmU nlgHS yuUao lqtkC TjIXL aGjvy \">Young was charged with felony flee to elude arrest.
