Yet, without improving a pass-rush that had the fourth-fewest sacks in 2025, the Bears won’t stand a chance. One way to fix that is by signing two-time Pro Bowl pass-rusher Bradley Chubb. The 29-year-old tore his ACL in 2024, but he bounced back with a solid 8.5 sack season in 2025. That would have ranked as the second-best in Chicago, and he’d surely provide a boost for the Bears.

New England Patriots

Kyle Terada-Imagn Images

The Patriots didn’t need an excellent pass-rush to reach the Super Bowl, but not having a better one may have cost them a win. Creating more consistent pressure is crucial to New England’s future success, and Chubb could help get the job done.

Atlanta Falcons

Mark J. Rebilas-Imagn Images

The Falcons finally found a way to generate a pass-rush last season, but James Pearce’s future in Atlanta may be in question after getting into trouble with the law. If the Falcons need someone to step up in his potential absence, Chubb, a Georgia native, could be an ideal fit.

Kansas City Chiefs

Kirby Lee-Imagn Images

Chubb has played seven seasons since becoming the fifth overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, but he’s played in just one playoff game. That came back in 2022. If Chubb is prioritizing a chance to get back to the playoffs, he could take a gamble in Kansas City getting back on track. He’d also get the chance to face off against his old team (Broncos) twice per season.

Dallas Cowboys

Robert Deutsch-Imagn Images

The Cowboys traded away one of the NFL’s best pass-rushers just before last season kicked off. They’ll have a hard time replacing him. Dallas had the seventh-fewest sacks in 2025 after rebuilding their defense on the fly. Dallas may have defensive tackles, now they need to get an edge-rusher again. Chubb has two seasons of double-digit sacks, and with Quinnen Williams next to him, he could get there again in Dallas.

Related: NFL Executives Doubt Miami Dolphins’ Ability to Get Rid of Tua Tagovailoa

Related Headlines

As if their coaching and GM change wasn’t enough, the Miami Dolphins are making roster changes that ensure…

[131
7938,7200,10357,10352,7352,240,7348,7415,10354,10356,7555,7202,10358,4378,7496,10355,10353,7553,7416
0":"post-14295","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-chubb","8":"tag-atlanta-falcons","9":"tag-bradley-chubb","10":"tag-broncos","11":"tag-caleb-williams","12":"tag-chicago-bears","13":"tag-chubb","14":"tag-dallas-cowboys","15":"tag-james-daniels","16":"tag-james-pearce","17":"tag-kansas-city","18":"tag-kansas-city-chiefs","19":"tag-miami-dolphins","20":"tag-new-england","21":"tag-new-england-patriots","22":"tag-nick-westbrook-ikhine","23":"tag-quinnen-williams","24":"tag-the-bears","25":"tag-the-dolphins","26":"tag-tyreek-hill
["GET
