(AP Photo/Jon Elswick, File)

Right now, Ferguson is indeed facing a great deal of judgement over her friendship with Epstein, which continued after she publicly claimed she had cut ties with the late financier and alleged sex trafficker more than a decade ago, according to emails in the Department of Justice’s recently released investigative files on Epstein. There’s also pressure on King Charles to demand that his former sister-in-law make herself available for questioning by authorities over what she may know about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s business dealings with Epstein or about the convicted pedophile’s alleged trafficking of underaged girls and women.

Ferguson is viewed “as a significant witness in the widening misconduct probe” involving Andrew — and may actually already talked to authorities before or after her time in Zurich, entertainment and gossip reporter Rob Shuter wrote on his Naughty But Nice Substack, citing multiple high-level sources.

Whether or not Ferguson is currently in the United Arab Emirates, she also has spent the past couple months “sofa-surfing on a global scale,” the Daily Mail reported.

Ferguson was last seen in public on Dec. 12 at St. James’s Palace in London to attend the christening of her granddaughter Athena, the Daily Mail reported. It’s known that she and Andrew didn’t spend Christmas as usual with their daughters Beatrice and Eugenie, who opted to instead celebrate the holiday with Charles and the rest of the royal family — even after the king formally stripped their father of his prince title and their parents of their Duke and Duchess of York titles.

The Daily Mail reported that Ferguson fled the U.K. after Christmas and checked into Paracelsus. She also may have gotten her estimated $600,000, month-long stay for free, given her past promotional efforts on the clinic’s behalf, journalists Tom Sykes and Paula Froelich said on Sykes’ The Royalist podcast.

At the clinic, clients have access to a team of experts, including doctors, therapists and nutritionists, who Ferguson once told the Telegraph, “create a space where you can feel safe, understood and fully supported.”

The clinic specializes in the treatment of a number of conditions, including “addiction, burnout, depression, anxiety and trauma” and charges around $150,000 for a customized, three-day “comprehensive check-up,” the Daily Mail reported. Its clients include “celebrities, oligarchs, and royalty,” who can stay in a penthouse with Lake Zurich views and have access to concierge and limousine services as well as a personal chef and butler, the Daily Mail also said.

Police officers patrol around the Sandringham Royal Estate in Sandringham, England, Friday, Feb. 20, 2026 after Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested and held for hours by British police on suspicion of misconduct in public office related to his links to Jeffrey Epstein.(AP Photo/Maja Smiejkowska)

Questions about Ferguson’s whereabouts followed Andrew’s arrest last Thursday on suspicion of misconduct in public office while he served as a British trade envoy between 2001 and 2011. Andrew became the first senior member of the royal family to be arrested in 400 years after he was taken into custody at his new home at Wood Farm on the king’s private Sandringham estate northeast of London. Police also have conducted searches at Royal Lodge, the 30-room mansion in Windsor that he shared with Ferguson up the friendly ex-spouses were officially evicted last year.

The recently released Epstein files show that Ferguson, known for profligacy and always being cash-strapped, relied on the accused sex trafficker to loan her money, help get her out of debt, fund at least one of her business schemes and help her secure commercial brand deals with Target and NBC. The emails also reveal that he paid for her and Beatrice and Eugene to fly from London to Miami to visit him in July 2009, shortly after he was released from jail after serving time for soliciting a minor for prostitution and registering as a sex offender. In a series of affectionate emails to Epstein, Ferguson called him “the brother I have always wished for” and said to him, “just marry me.”

Now, it’s possible that Ferguson is being bankrolled by multi-millionaires in the Middle East, according to royal author Andrew Lownie, who wrote “Entitled,” a best-selling book about the scandal-hit former Duke and Duchess of York.

“In Britain, neither Sarah nor Andrew will be socially accepted again, whatever they try to do or wherever they go,” Lownie said, according to the Daily Mail. “But in the Middle East, no one will care about what they have got up to. There are people there — royalty, politicians and business types — whom Sarah can quite happily sponge off and who will be happy to bankroll both of them.”

After Ferguson’s stay at Paracelsus, she reportedly traveled to the Middle East, specifically to Doha, the capital of Qatar, to attend an Art Basel event in Eugenie, the Daily Mail said. After that, she may have accompanied Beatrice’s husband, Edo Mapelli-Mozzi, as he attended a design conference in Palm Beach, Florida. The Daily Mail reported she then spent time at a French ski resort to “get her head together” with friends and then returned to Switzerland, to join Eugenie and her family on their ski holiday in Gstaad.

It was in the exclusive Swiss ski resort that Eugenie reportedly received news about her father’s arrest, according to Hello! magazine. Diners at the popular Restaurant Waldmatte told Hello! they saw her at the restaurant, enjoying lunch with her husband, children and friends the day before Andrew’s arrest.

“I was surprised to see her because I thought she would be keeping a low-profile in light of everything that has been going on,” a diner told Hello!

Eugenie was spotted with her husband Jack Brooksbank, their sons August and Ernest and their nanny, perusing the menu at the restaurant. While the Brooksbanks were with friends, Eugenie’s mother was not seen. “They were tucked away in a corner and casually dressed in ski gear and jackets, and Jack was wearing a beanie hat as they both browsed the menu,” a diner said.

While Sarah Ferguson’s current whereabouts are officially unknown, she may have landed in the United Arab Emirates after…

[4
11568,11569,11570,871,5999,1053,1202,41,17,3609,11571,1046
0":"post-16648","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-switzerland","8":"tag-celebrities","9":"tag-celebrity-alert","10":"tag-coffee-break","11":"tag-entertainment","12":"tag-latest-headlines","13":"tag-lifestyle","14":"tag-news","15":"tag-swiss","16":"tag-switzerland","17":"tag-things-to-do","18":"tag-tv-streaming","19":"tag-world-news
["GET
