Carolina Panthers<\/a> president of football operations and general manager Dan Morgan isn’t ruling out any additions, especially off the edge.<\/p>\n

Morgan talked with reporters from the 2026 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Ind. on Tuesday afternoon. He was asked about newly-available outside linebacker Bradley Chubb, who was released<\/a> by the Miami Dolphins<\/a> a little over a week ago.<\/p>\n

“I don’t think anything’s gonna be off the table,” Morgan said on the potential of signing Chubb. “We’ll explore that, we’ll talk to his agent. But I wouldn’t say anything’s upcoming. But we’ll definitely stay in that and see where it goes.”<\/p>\n

Chubb, a North Carolina State University product and former fifth overall pick, spent the last four years in Miami. He started and played in all 17 games for the Dolphins in 2025\u2014totaling 47 tackles, 8.5 sacks and a pair of forced fumbles.<\/p>\n

The two-time Pro Bowler should be of interest to the Panthers, who have mustered up one of the worst<\/a> pass rushes in the NFL. Carolina, this past season, accounted for the second-lowest pressure rate (16.5 percent) and the third-fewest sacks (30).<\/p>\n
