While major UK airports benefit from plenty of air routes to some of the continent\u2019s most popular ski resorts, plenty of travellers will be chuffing past France\u2019s mountainscapes on a high-speed train. Earlier this year, Eurostar announced that Eurostar Snow would be returning for the 2025\/26 winter season, causing hundreds of thousands of jetsetters to rethink their travel plans.<\/p>\n

Fares start from \u00a399 each way for the route between London St Pancras International and Bourg-Saint-Maurice, which passes through plenty of stations that grant easy access to popular resorts.<\/p>\n

Eurostar Snow journeys require catching a train from London to the charming French city of Lille<\/a> for a connection that continues towards the peaks of the French Alps. On its way to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, which acts as the gateway to resorts including Tignes and Val-d’Is\u00e8re<\/a>, the train stops at Chamb\u00e9ry, Albertville, Mo\u00fbtiers, Aime-La-Plagne and Landry.<\/p>\n

Each stop acts as a gateway to resorts via a drive that\u2019s considerably shorter than airport transfers tend to be. Hop off at Albertville for the likes of Meg\u00e8ve and La Giettaz, check into one of Courchevel<\/a>\u2019s fanciest hotels from Mo\u00fbtiers, or see what Montchavin has to offer from Landry.<\/p>\n

Eurostar Snow<\/a> services run every weekend from Saturday 20 December 2025 to Sunday 5 April 2026, offering a more sustainable alternative to flying and a smoother travel experience for many.
