Raleigh police identify the man arrested after he was accused of a stabbing that
\nleft two people injured. <\/p>\n
Officers were called just before 9:30 p.m. on Friday to an Exxon EZ Way gas
\nstation on New Bern Avenue for reports of a stabbing. When officers arrived,
\npolice said they found a man who had been stabbed.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Police said the man and witnesses said the stabbing happened on Hillcrest
\nDrive. According to police, the man was in an altercation and ran to the store
\nfor help. <\/p>\n
Just after 10:30 p.m., police were called to another stabbing at the
\nExtended Stay on Appliance Court. Officers said these two stabbings were
\nrelated. <\/p>\n
On Monday, police arrested 19-year-old Carlton E. Green Jr. in connection
\nwith both stabbings. He is charged with two counts of assault with a deadly
\nweapon with the intent to kill or inflict serious injuries and one count of
\nassault with a deadly weapon. <\/p>\n
The WRAL Breaking News Tracker was on the scene and saw several police cars
\noutside the gas station on New Bern Avenue near Trawick Road.<\/p>\n
