\neveryone after being successfully tested during the Beta stage. The
\nAI assistants AI-khan and AI-nur provide customers with prompt
\nsupport on all matters related to Bank ABB\u2019s services and products,
\ncarry out banking operations through voice commands, and answer
\nquestions.<\/p>\n
Now customers can simply talk to AI-khan and AI-nur to make
\ntransfers between their cards and accounts, as well as send money
\nto other people using a mobile phone number.<\/p>\n
The mobile phone number to which the funds will be transferred
\nmust be saved in the sender\u2019s phone contacts. The user says the
\nfirst and last name of the person who owns the mobile number, and
\nthe artificial intelligence immediately completes the
\ntransaction.<\/p>\n
When necessary, AI-khan and AI-nur can also block a customer\u2019s
\ncard or reactivate it.<\/p>\n
The new artificial intelligence technology enables customers to
\ncarry out banking operations in a more convenient, faster, and more
\nintuitive way. At the same time, security is maintained at the
\nhighest level.<\/p>\n
