The assessment measures patients\u2019 perceptions of care, including how well nurses communicated with them during treatment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Five-star ratings were given for the communication, reflecting how patients felt the nurses explained things, how they listened, and the respect and courtesy they showed to patients. The ratings came from standard patient experience surveys and were nationally reported by the Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis recognition is a powerful testament to the excellence in human caring that defines our nursing teams,\u201d said Ashley M.
