The 2nd Women Leaders Summit was held at the \u201cGulustan\u201d Palace
\nwith the support of Bank ABB and organized by Facemark. The event
\nbrought together women leaders representing various sectors from
\nAzerbaijan and abroad.<\/p>\n
Aynur Suleymanli, CEO of Bank ABB, addressed the participants
\nand spoke about the projects implemented by the Bank to create an
\nenvironment of equal opportunities for women. She also highlighted
\nthe achievements made by the Bank in recent years in supporting the
\ndevelopment of women leaders.<\/p>\n
Nargiz Aslanova, Director of the Operations Department at Bank
\nABB, shared her personal development experience with participants
\nduring a panel discussion.<\/p>\n
Discussions during the summit were held across three main panels
\ndedicated to the themes \u201cThe Road to the Summit,\u201d \u201cBarriers and
\nChallenges at the Summit,\u201d and \u201cSustainability and Resilience at
\nthe Summit.\u201d<\/p>\n
During the event, winners of a competition organized as part of
\nthe summit were also presented with gifts from Bank ABB.<\/p>\n
The 2nd Women Leaders Summit became an important platform
\ncontributing to the strengthening of women\u2019s leadership in the
\ncountry and to the development of future generations of
\nleaders.<\/p>\n
