Healthcare Holding Schweiz, a buy, build & technology platform and leading provider of medical technology, products and services in Switzerland, has completed the acquisition of shares in Alpin Orthodontics, a Switzerland-based supplier of orthodontic products and consumables.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe company fits perfectly into our strategy of acquiring the best, leading Swiss specialists in the dental sector,\u201d said Fabio Fagagnini<\/a>, CEO of Healthcare Holding Schweiz.<\/p>\n

As part of the share acquisition, founder Florindo Palladino<\/a> will take a stake in Healthcare Holding Switzerland. Palladino and his son will remain with the company.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe concept of the group and the people involved have absolutely convinced us that this is the right path for Alpin,\u201d said Palladino. \u201cTogether, we will continue the successful development of the company in the long term and at the same time benefit from synergies within the group.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
