You can reach Andrew on Signal at drewqjoseph.71.<\/p>\n<p>LONDON \u2014 Novartis said Friday it was buying an experimental breast cancer drug from Delaware-based Synnovation Therapeutics for $2 billion upfront.<\/p>\n<p>The deal includes includes up to another $1 billion if the drug reaches certain milestones.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The drug, an oral medicine called SNV4818, is currently in a Phase 1\/2 study in HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer.
