Bank ABB has announced a tender for the purchase of \u201cDell GPU\u201d
\nservers based on the \u201cNVIDIA\u201d HGX B200.<\/p>\n
The participating companies must have at least 3 years of
\nexperience in the relevant field. Bidders can submit their
\nproposals to Bank ABB by April 10.<\/p>\n
According to information obtained from the bank, Bank ABB is
\npurchasing these servers for artificial intelligence projects, as
\nthe servers specified in the tender are high-performance computing
\ndevices.<\/p>\n
The \u201cNVIDIA\u201d HGX B200-based \u201cDell GPU\u201d servers are primarily
\nused for training large language models (LLMs) and other AI models,
\nprocessing existing models, such as chatbots, voice assistants,
\ndocument analysis, OCR, risk and fraud detection, large data
\nprocessing, and parallel computing. In some cases, they are also
\nused for classical high-performance computing (HPC) tasks.<\/p>\n
It is noteworthy that the number of artificial intelligence
\nmodels implemented by Bank ABB in various fields has reached 176.
\nAccording to the bank, these models have generated more than 34.5
\nmillion AZN in positive financial impact for Bank ABB. Currently,
\n69 AI-based projects are being implemented at Bank ABB.<\/p>\n
Recently, Bank ABB launched AI assistants, AI-khan and AI-nur,
\nfor all customers. These assistants perform various banking
\noperations through voice commands and answer questions.<\/p>\n
The tender for the purchase of \u201cNVIDIA\u201d HGX B200-based \u201cDell
\nGPU\u201d servers also demonstrates Bank ABB’s significant investments
\nin building a sustainable artificial intelligence
