(NYSE:COMP) with an Overweight rating and a $15 price target. The firm described Compass\u2019s acquisitions as \u201ctransformational\u201d and pointed to its \u201cunified\u201d technology platform and accelerating margin inflection as reasons it could emerge as a leading consolidator in U.S. residential real estate. JPMorgan said the Anywhere merger unlocks $300 million in targeted synergies, recurring high-margin revenue, and a clearer path to deleveraging.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-vbsvxt\">Separately, Compass, Inc.
